What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the location of your project, a description of what you need, and any files you upload such as a logo, plans or photographs.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to prepare your quote, to contact you about your enquiry, and to carry out the work if you engage us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Uploaded files
Files you attach to a quote request are sent to us by email so we can assess your project. Please do not upload anything confidential that is not relevant to the signage work.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is necessary to deliver your project — for example with an installer, engineer or council as part of an approval application — or where we are required to by law. This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and quote enquiries are delivered through a third-party email service.
Analytics
We may use website analytics to understand which pages people find useful. This records general usage data such as pages viewed and whether a contact button was used. It is not used to identify you personally.
Accessing or removing your information
