Signmakers Gold Coast designs, manufactures and installs shopfront signage — fascia signs, under-awning signs, window graphics and illuminated shop signs — from its Burleigh Heads workshop.
A shopfront has one job before anyone walks in: say who you are and what you do, clearly, from across the street and from a car moving past at 60. Most shopfronts fail at that not because the design is bad but because the sign was sized for the artwork instead of the building.
We measure the frontage, look at the sight lines, check what the neighbours have already done, and then design to the space. Fascia panels, under-awning blades, illuminated letters, window graphics and entry signage are all made in our own workshop and installed by our own team.
Because we fabricate on site at Burleigh Heads, the sign that gets installed is the sign we drew. Nothing is subcontracted out and re-quoted back to you with the details changed.

Do you design the shopfront sign as well as make it?
Yes. We have an in-house graphic design team. You can bring finished artwork, a rough idea, or nothing at all and we will develop the concept with you before anything is manufactured.
Do I need council approval for a shopfront sign on the Gold Coast?
It depends on the sign type, its size, whether it is illuminated and the property it is going on. Some signage is exempt and some requires an application. We can advise on what your specific sign needs and assist with council applications, approvals and engineering specifications where they are required.
Can you work around my trading hours?
Installation timing is something we work out with you when the job is quoted, including access, parking and any building or centre requirements. Talk to us about your constraints before the job is booked in.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes. Send us your logo files and brand colours with your enquiry and we will work to them. If you only have a printed sign or a photo of the old signage, we can work from that too.
