Signmakers Gold Coast produces property and construction signage — estate and development signage, site hoarding, and printed building mesh — for developers, builders and real estate agents.
Property signage sells something that often does not exist yet. On a development site the hoarding is the display suite, the render is the product, and the sign is doing the selling months before anyone can walk through a door.
It also has to survive a construction site: weather, dust, wind load on a long run of hoarding, and being installed around trades who are working to their own program.
We print large format in-house, fabricate the framing and panels, and install with our own team. All Signmakers staff are white card holders, which matters on a site with induction requirements.
Estate & Development Signage
Entry statements, stage and lot signage and directional signage for residential estates and developments. These usually need to hold up for the length of a multi-stage release, and to stay consistent as stages come online, so we set the artwork up once and repeat it.
Site Hoarding
Hoarding turns a construction perimeter into the largest advertisement the project will ever have. We print, panel and install hoarding runs, working around site access and trade programs. All Signmakers staff are white card holders.
Building Mesh
Printed mesh and shade cloth wraps scaffolding and fencing at a scale ordinary panels cannot reach. Mesh lets wind through, which is what makes it viable on a tall or exposed elevation where a solid banner would not be.

Can you install on an active construction site?
Yes. All Signmakers staff are white card holders. Tell us the site requirements, inductions and access arrangements with your enquiry and we will work to them.
What is building mesh used for?
Printed mesh is used to wrap scaffolding, hoarding and fencing at large scale. Because it is perforated, wind passes through it rather than loading it like a solid banner, which is what makes it practical on tall or exposed elevations.
Do you make signage for real estate agents?
Yes, including agency signage and development and estate signage. If you need the same design repeated across many sites, that is straightforward for us to set up.
How long does site signage last?
It depends on the material and the exposure. Printed media for a short campaign is specified differently from an estate entry sign that has to look good for years. Tell us how long it needs to last and we will build to that.
